WMZQ Fest Returns to D.C. Featuring Miranda Lambert, Kip Moore and Thomas Rhett

D.C.’s country radio station 98.7 WMZQ is bringing their annual spring music festival back to Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia, in 2017. This year’s hottest country music festival will feature chart-topping artists Miranda Lambert, Kip Moore and Thomas Rhett. Tickets will be $30 and will go on sale Feb. 1. The show begins at 7 p.m. Break out your best cowboy boots and let’s rock!



D.C. area radio station based out of Rockville, Maryland, has put on the WMZQ Fest for the past 10 years. The show is hosted at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristol, Virginia every May. The show attracts country music fans, young and old, from across the D.C. metropolitan area. Past artists include Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Florida Georgia Line and Dierks Bentley. The event is open to the public and tickets range from $25 for general admission to $250 for orchestra. Guests usually wear ‘country’ attire, including cowboy boots and jean shorts.
